The Plant-Based Brain Health Support Meal Plan

$14.97

The Plant-Based Brain Health Support Program has been thoughtfully created based on the MIND diet framework, which incorporates elements from both the Mediterranean and DASH eating patterns. Scientifically linked to enhanced cognitive function and the potential to slow the advancement of neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease, the MIND diet serves as the foundation for this program.

This program places great emphasis on foods that have demonstrated support for a healthy brain. Each day's meals include a minimum of three servings of whole grains, green leafy vegetables, and an additional serving of vegetables. Nuts and beans are incorporated every other day, while berries are included in the diet at least twice a week. Furthermore, olive oil is the primary oil used in cooking, providing its numerous health benefits.

Please note that this program is designed to promote brain health and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any specific medical conditions. It is always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle.

This simple meal plan contains 13 recipes and 5 snack ideas. It has been specifically tailored for two individuals, considering that some recipes are intentionally designed to provide leftovers. To accommodate diverse tastes, all the recipes have been created with a basic foundation, allowing room for additional flavours and toppings as suggested in the notes.

To prepare the meals in this plan, you will need a blender as essential equipment.

Please note that this meal plan is available for a one-time PDF download, and as such, no refunds will be offered.
